Thrive Together Stronger Practice Hub Expands Its Support for Early Years Education
The Thrive Together Early Years Stronger Practice Hub, led by Ryders Hayes and part of Primary Learning Trust, continues to expand its reach and develop new opportunities to support Early Years practitioners across the Black Country.

Working across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton, the hub brings together Early Years professionals, settings and local partners to strengthen practice, encourage collaboration and improve outcomes for young children.
The hub has continued to develop, expanding its team and the programmes available to settings, with a particular focus on practical, evidence-informed support.
The Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) programme offers eligible settings tailored guidance, helping practitioners identify priorities, reflect on their provision and develop approaches that respond to children's needs.
Alongside this, the Early Years Lead Learner (EYLL) programme gives practitioners opportunities to build their knowledge and expertise in key areas of Early Years education, including early mathematics, communication and language, and personal, social and emotional development.
The hub also delivers professional networks, webinars and collaborative learning opportunities, enabling practitioners to share experiences, explore research and access practical resources.
As Thrive Together continues to develop, it remains focused on building strong partnerships with local authorities and Early Years settings, responding to local priorities, and ensuring practitioners can access meaningful professional development.
Through this growing programme of support, the hub aims to make a lasting difference to Early Years practice and the experiences of children across the region.
