Richard Sparks is an innovative digital leader with a passion for integrating technology to enhance educational outcomes. As Head of Digital at Lift Schools, he pioneered the transition to Google Workspace across the network's 57 schools, benefiting 34,000 students and 4,000 staff. This strategy has facilitated world-class technology access, improved teamwork, fostered organizational collaboration, and led to substantial cost savings.
My Story
Richard is a Google Certified Educator, Trainer, and Innovator, and he is currently pursuing certification as a Google Certified Coach. He brings a people-first approach to technology, emphasizing the importance of understanding individual needs to create solutions that empower users to work more creatively, save time, and enjoy the process. As a member of the Primary Learning Trust board, Richard is committed to leveraging technology to support the trust's mission, particularly in the AI era.
