Andy is an experienced Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety (QHSE) professional with a strong background across manufacturing, engineering and service sectors, including airports, warehousing and medical devices. He brings a practical, hands-on approach, combining strategic leadership with a focus on delivering real operational improvements.
My Story
He has extensive experience in developing and integrating management systems aligned to ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensuring they are effective, streamlined and embedded into everyday practice.
Andy previously served as UK Quality and Sustainability Manager at Vanderlande, where he worked with major organisations such as Heathrow and Amazon to drive improvements in quality performance and sustainability. He has also contributed to global quality strategy and led initiatives to maintain key accreditations, including EcoVadis.
With strong expertise in project management, process improvement and root cause analysis, Andy is passionate about empowering teams, improving performance through data, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
Most recently, Andy has worked in the aviation sector as a Sustainability Manager, leading on environmental strategy, compliance and sustainable procurement.
